At Old Dog Cookie Company we stand behind our products that we make. We have, therefore, put in place the following return policy for the Diabetic and Arthritis Relief Dog Treats that we sell.

1. We will refund all un-opened canisters within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. The customer must contact us before returning the product to obtain additional instructions for the return of the item(s).
3. When we receive the product, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the canister only.
4. We will abide by the PayPal Buyer Protection as outlined in Section 13 of the PayPal User Agreement.
